Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Bromley.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Bromley.ai provides AI specialists that audit how your website appears in AI answers and search, grounded in data you choose to connect, and that draft recommended changes for your review. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
- You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect the tools and domains you add.
- You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Audit domains you do not own or have permission to analyze.
- Misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Use Bromley to break the law or any third party's terms (including the connected providers').
Connected accounts and data
When you connect a tool, you authorize Bromley to access the data needed to run your audits, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any tool at any time. You keep ownership of your data and your audit results.
Plans, billing, and the free audit
- New workspaces may run a free first audit. Beyond that, continued use requires an active subscription.
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Fees are stated at checkout. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already started.
Our intellectual property
Bromley, the software, and the service are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is in good standing. The reports and drafts we generate for you are yours to use for your business.
Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Bromley reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated findings and drafts are recommendations for your review, not guarantees of search rankings, AI citations, or business outcomes. You decide what to act on.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bromley is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Bromley and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bromley.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (We will name the specific jurisdiction here as the business is finalized.)
